Services

What is a fractional CMO or CGO, and does Medoxi offer one?

A fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a senior executive who leads your marketing, or your marketing and sales together, part-time or for a set period, without the cost of a full-time hire. Medoxi Consulting provides fractional and interim leadership, whether you need a leader while you recruit or someone to build the function from the ground up.

What’s the difference between a marketing consultant and a fractional CMO?

A consultant usually delivers a strategy or project and hands it off. A fractional CMO joins your leadership team and owns results over time. Medoxi Consulting offers both, and scopes each engagement around what your team needs to own after Medoxi leaves.

Can you help with a product launch?

Yes. Medoxi Consulting builds the go-to-market strategy and launch playbook, prepares sales and support teams, and sets the KPIs that track adoption.

What do you do when growth has stalled?

Medoxi Consulting finds the root cause first. It’s often positioning, weak sales alignment, or a gap between what customers need and what the portfolio offers. Then Medoxi builds the plan to fix it and tracks progress closely.

How do you improve marketing and sales alignment?

Medoxi Consulting gives both teams a shared definition of a qualified lead, clear handoff rules, and CRM governance both sides follow.

Our approach

What is the Medoxi Method?

The Medoxi Method is Medoxi Consulting’s four-step engagement model: Diagnose, Position, Enable, Measure. Medoxi listens to customers, sales and the market first to diagnose the situation. It sets positioning based on what it learns, gives the sales team the tools and training to carry it, and measures results with KPIs and ROI.

Why does the order of the steps matter?

Most go-to-market failures start at step three, when companies train the sales team before anyone has listened to the customer. Positioning built on assumptions gives sales a message that doesn’t land. Listening first means every step after rests on what customers need.

How do you measure ROI?

Medoxi Consulting agrees on KPIs and a baseline with you before work begins, then ties every initiative to revenue, pipeline or conversion. You see results in regular reporting, and your team keeps the dashboards and routines after the engagement ends.

Working together

How soon will we see results?

Medoxi Consulting designs engagements to show measurable progress within 60 to 90 days. At Azenta, a targeted campaign paired with sales training produced $2 million in incremental revenue in three months. Larger efforts, like a full go-to-market rebuild, take longer, so Medoxi sets milestones up front.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on scope. After a first conversation, Medoxi Consulting sends a written proposal with scope, deliverables and pricing.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Your team runs the system on its own. Medoxi Consulting hands over the launch framework, KPIs, processes and trained internal champions, so results continue after the engagement ends.

How do we get started?
